Care Portal is the technology to connect people in need with those who can help. With a handful of “responders”, your church can become a Provider meeting requests from an Agency that is vetting needs. Agencies include pregnancy centers and NC Health and Human Services. PORTAL PLAYBOOK

Care Portal is in many states across the nation equipping people to meet thousands of needs. They have built the technology and infrastructure to help local churches serve their community well. We will walk you through these resources to equip the people in your church to be the hands and feet of Jesus.

MONTHLY COACHING

Our Regional Manager connects with your Church Ambassador on a regular basis to make sure things are running smoothly. Cohort groups problem solve together to constantly improve the experience.

TRAINING

Care Center staff provide key training to get volunteers comfortable with the technology and family interactions.

SYSTEMS SET-UP

We help you get registered as a Care Portal supporting church, create your own account, establish communication, and set up training systems so everyone understands how to serve the community using Care Portal.

AGENCY VETTING

Agencies provide the vital connection to Care Portal in order to build relationships with vulnerable families. We help to recruit, vet and train agencies to properly utilize Care Portal, post needs and work with local churches and individuals to meet those needs. Agencies include pregnancy centers and NC Health and Human Services.
