MONTHLY COACHING
Our Regional Manager connects with your Church Ambassador on a regular basis to make sure things are running smoothly. Cohort groups problem solve together to constantly improve the experience.
TRAINING
CARE PORTAL and the Care Center provide training to get volunteers comfortable with the technology and with family interactions.
SYSTEMS SET-UP
We help you establish communication and training systems so everyone understands how to serve the community using CARE PORTAL.
CARE PORTAL IS FREE FOR CHURCHES (PROVIDERS). AGENCIES PAY THE COST OF USING THE TECHNOLOGY BUT SEE AN ROI IN THE FORM OF SAVINGS FROM SERVICES RENDERED.
